MODEL HISTORY

First announced in 2009, the Noble M600 represented an ambitious new chapter for the small British manufacturer. Previous Noble models had earned an enviable reputation for combining relatively simple construction with serious performance, but the M600 elevated the company into direct competition with the established supercar manufacturers.

Power comes from a 4.4-litre V8 originally developed by Yamaha for Volvo. For the M600, the engine was comprehensively re-engineered by Motorkraft in the United States, gaining twin Garrett turbochargers, revised management and a MoTeC ECU. A three-position selector allows the driver to choose between Road, Track and Race settings. These progressively increase turbo boost and output from approximately 450 BHP, through 550 BHP, to the full 662 BHP. Maximum torque is a mighty 604 lb ft, delivered to the rear wheels through a six-speed Graziano manual transaxle.

When tested on the Top Gear circuit, the M600 recorded a 1:17.7 lap—quicker than both the Bugatti Veyron and Pagani Zonda F Roadster. An extraordinary achievement for a hand-built car from one of Britain’s smallest manufacturers.

The CarbonSport sits at the very top of this already exclusive family. Its exposed carbon-fibre finish required painstaking attention during production and carried a substantial premium over the conventional M600. As one of just five CarbonSports produced, this is an exceptionally scarce example of an already rare British supercar and a model that seldom appears on the open market.

EXTERIOR

The exposed carbon-fibre bodywork looks truly sensational, its intricate weave flowing seamlessly across the low nose, sculpted bonnet, roof and sweeping rear haunches. A lustrous gloss finish accentuates the carbon’s exquisite detail, while vibrant Lime accents elegantly trace the front splitter, side skirts and imposing rear diffuser.

Matching Lime mesh brings further definition to the deep cooling apertures, while four jewel-like rear lights, twin exhaust outlets and distinctive CarbonSport script complete this dramatic and beautifully cohesive specification.

The bodywork is protected by an extensive PPF installation, helping guard the exposed carbon and vulnerable leading edges against stone chips and road debris while preserving the depth, clarity and immaculate gloss of its finish.

INTERIOR

The interior continues the dramatic CarbonSport theme, with exquisite exposed carbon fibre flowing across the dashboard, door cards and centre tunnel. Sculpted black leather seats feature perforated centres, vibrant Lime stitching and striking Lime-painted shells, perfectly complementing the exterior accents.

A proud manual gear lever rises from the carbon-fibre transmission tunnel, while clear analogue instruments and polished CarbonSport sill plates complete this purposeful, beautifully bespoke and distinctly analogue cockpit.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION

At the heart of the M600 is a 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8. Originally developed by Yamaha for Volvo, the engine was extensively transformed for Noble with twin Garrett turbochargers and bespoke MoTeC management.

Maximum output stands at 662 BHP with 604 lb ft of torque, delivered exclusively to the rear wheels through a six-speed Graziano manual transaxle. With a factory-estimated top speed of 225 mph, its performance remains extraordinary even by modern supercar standards. Road, Track and Race settings progressively increase the available boost and power, allowing the car’s character to change from composed and tractable to truly ferocious.

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES

Gloss black five-spoke alloy wheels sit perfectly against the exposed carbon-fibre bodywork, their simple design allowing the enormous braking hardware to remain clearly visible.

The wheels are shod in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres, with substantial 355-section rubber at the rear. Behind them sits Noble’s formidable Alcon braking system, pairing large two-piece ventilated steel discs with vivid Lime callipers.

The matching callipers and aerodynamic accents provide a striking flash of colour, completing one of the most distinctive CarbonSport specifications produced.

HISTORY FILE

Produced in exceptionally small numbers, this Noble M600 CarbonSport was first delivered in December 2012 and has since been enjoyed sparingly and with considerable care.

Build Number 006 was ordered in a striking and beautifully considered specification, pairing exposed carbon fibre with vivid Lime detailing carried seamlessly throughout the exterior and cabin. The result is a remarkably cohesive and highly individual example of the exceptionally rare CarbonSport.

Servicing has been carried out exclusively by Noble Leicester, beginning with its pre-delivery inspection in 2013 and continuing through the years with recorded visits as follows:
